Before PC Guys, our founders worked together supporting computer systems, technical operations, and point-of-sale technology for the cinema industry. That experience taught us how important dependable support is when a business relies on its technology every day.
After the company changed ownership and moved away from its repair and IT support operations, our team was laid off. Rather than leave the field, Nicholas Albertson and Gavin Caird used that moment to build something local. PC Guys LLC was founded in Owosso on February 29, 2024, with a goal of bringing affordable computer services and practical technology support to rural communities where those services are often limited.
What began with computer repair quickly grew. Customers needed websites, hosting, internal tools, custom applications, networks, and ongoing support. Today, PC Guys works with individuals, local organizations, and businesses to solve a much wider range of technology needs while keeping the same repair-first mindset: understand the problem, fix what matters, and stand behind the result.
